April online offerings

After a stormy weekend, I woke up to a brilliantly beautiful spring day today. It feels somewhat poetic. The first few months of this year have been a lot it feels like for us all. So we are focusing this gorgeous April on a spring clean & energizing practice. You'll notice a variety of NEW offerings this month as we try out some new ideas in support of our health and schedules. As always, if you have any questions please reach out anytime. TIERS on PATREON
We have three tiers available to help suite differently goals and budgets. You will notice the cultural studies tier is no longer available. I will be reaching out to those in this tier offering you a private lesson this month as we transition away from this offering. Subscribe HERE
$5/month Enthusiasts: this month's inspirations are all centered around spring cleaning our health and dance practice with fun shorts to clear out the old and bring in what is supporting you.
$25/month Students: access inspirations and class recordings with a growing library of material (psst older material is being reedited and posted for ease of access too. Woohoo!)
$100/month Trainees: access inspirations, class recordings and all live offerings. Best deal as this month that includes 17 classes!!!


CLASSES
PILATES is a full body workout focusing on joint support, core strength, and alignment. A mat is highly recommended for this class and enough space to full lay down with arms extended to the sides. ALL bodies welcome.

RAQS TUNEUP is a short 30 minute class to build stamina including a short warmup, drills & combos, and stretch cool down. Get into your practice and then move on. All levels welcome.

RAQS SHARQI is a full dance practice including warmup, conditioning exercises, technique, drills, and combos to expand our stamina, clarity, musicality, and expression. All levels welcome.

TRANSCULTURAL DANCE explores the cross roads of different cultural movement to find our authentic voice through dance. This class includes a full warmup, movement explorations, and creative exercises to open up our own unique ways of expressing through dance. This class includes a bonus deep stretch at the end.

FOAM ROLLER & RELEASE is a movement practice to deep release tension and strain from the body. A foam roller is needed and a mat is recommended. All bodies welcome to this de-stressing practice.

MORNING RESTORATIVE is a gentle wakeup for the whole body to create warmth, ease, breath, and openness. The perfect way to wrap up our month, this class is loving thank you to your body for all it's hard work and a reset to start anew in happy bodies. All bodies welcome.
