Little Breeze Studio is our virtual space to gather, train, explore, and create through dance, pilates, and somatic practice. Whether you are interested in just one or all three, becoming a member gives you access to try any of the classes including four live classes per week, a growing library of on-demand courses, and community space for discussions, inspirations, connections, and more. Here we celebrate the body’s amazing ability to heal and know. We recenter our health and heart. We exhale into what it means to be fully, authentically ourselves.
