Qabila Foundation is excited to announce our Egyptian folk dance series: ESSENTIAL EGYPT for the first time ONLINE!!!
This four class series will focus on Egyptian folkloric dance, history, and cultural context. Saturdays 1-3pm PST through April 2020. Classes will be held on ZOOM so can be attended anywhere.
Workshops will start with a lecture covering foundation, history, and evolution within entertainment. We will then progress into a warmup, posturing, technique, and cultural context of dance. Open to ALL levels!
Tuition is a sliding scale~ $10-25/per workshop.
