Learn the ultimate control for bellyrolls and undulations as well as strong posture and advanced spinal moves such as backbends and layouts. Based upon a strong foundation of Pilates, Aubre will address students’ individual issues as well as demonstrate how to incorporate these elements into your own training and teaching. A pilates/yoga mat suggested.
